It's bittersweet. Just knowing that when the game is over, so is the season. I've always tried to convince my wife to let me keep the Christmas lights and tree up until after the Super Bowl. Tis the season ya know. But then I would have two things end at the same time so it's probably better to go ahead and put one away before the other. The metaphor of the roller coaster is one of the most used in all of cartooning ( next to the guy on the desert island.) I'd never done one though with the thing just ending in mid air.     Here’s another cartoon that kind of sums up the way I feel about the Super Bowl. It’s bittersweet. Just knowing that when the game is over, so is the season. I’ve always tried to convince my wife to let me keep the Christmas lights and tree up until after the Super Bowl. Tis the season ya know.
