Idiots Among Us
The latest Bozo Award in the world of sports belongs to Sergio Garcia. The tiff between him and Tiger Woods is legendary and has escalated in recent weeks. But the recent statement by Garcia about Tiger Woods coming over to his house for dinner with fried chicken on the menu is beyond belief. It proves once again that even though golf is a cerebral game, stupid people somehow manage to find a way on the course regardless. True Idiocy reigns on the PGA tour.Like MLK, I too have a dream. That someday we will no longer see the color of a man's skin, or judge them by their sexuality, but instead, with compassion and strength, seek to live as equals in the pursuit of life, liberty and happiness.
Until that day, I will rage on in cartoons like this one about the utter stupidity of some people who, unfortunately, inhabit the same planet I do.As always, your readership and your comments help to make the world go round, so please continue to add them. Wouldja pummel me if I did it again?
Hey Everyone. Been doing some more contemplating. I’m really trying to set the right tone for this blog moving forward. Though I love the navigation and the look someone pointed out to me “it doesn’t seem like a sports blog”. And I’m starting to agree. I’m game for another brief makeover if you can stand it. Nothing radical, if anything, a bit more toned down. Let me know if don’t agree. I’m always all ears. And I promise I’ll stop fiddling with it all the time. At least for a while anyway.
