1. Dear Mr. Litton,

   You might find this amusing. I use to catch all sorts of hell from my fellow grade schoolers growing up when I use to say that I thought Ron Santo was a better 3rd baseman than Brooks Robinson.

   Now while I loved the Mets more than the Cubs (mostly because of my being a Tom Seaver fan) when they weren’t playing the Mets I loved the Cubs. Ferguson Jenkins, Ernie “Lets Play 2” Banks, Don Kessinger, Billy Williams. Loved them all.

   Mr. Santo will be missed.

2. Hi Drew,

   Very nice work and very nice tribute. I guess we think alike, I wrote a song last Friday as a tribute to Ron Santo including the lyric ‘I see you clicking your heals through the pearly gates’ It’s great to see that line illustrated like that.
