   they’re everywhere, they’re everywhere!!!!! people feel the need to connect with the world but really sometimes its just good to be “out of pocket” for a while. I would have never have imagined, as I was growing up, having three different phones in our house. If you add in the our kid, that would make 5 phones that could be in our house.Land lines, postage meters and dodo birds all headed for extinction or already there.

3. Doesn’t bother me one bit. On the golf course that is. I turn mine down to a low level and keep it in the cart or my push cart. I welcome the distraction, makes me focus on my game more…and lets be honest, for the most part we are all playing on public courses…ie…we aren’t pros, we’re hacks.

4. But, Jason, doesn’t it bother you to have to listen to their conversations? I find the loud talking more bothersome than the ringing, not to mention intruding in my life with the details of their life. I agree with Gene, we don’t have to be always available and connected. People can get along without us for a while once in a while.
