Da Bears
The Bears coaching staff went through some serious makeover work last week in this cartoon I did for the Chicago Tribune. It’s quite a mess that Mr. Cutler has gotten himself into.
A Cartoon Posting change for a few weeks
I’m going to change my posting schedule here for just a few weeks . I’ve been posting here 5 days a week since leaving the Rocky last February. For the next few weeks I’m going to post just M-W-F. Don’t worry. This isn’t a permanent change. I just want a chance to work on a web comic I’m playing with as well as some other concepts for the coming year and to do some marketing for my creative business Littoonz Studios without the daily deadline of sports cartoons. I’m asking all of you, please, to bear with me for a few weeks, to keep supporting the site by coming back daily or every other day at least. And I ask all of you as well, to tell a friend or two about the cartoons here and encourage them to give the site a try. The more the merrier.
I’m also asking you to take part in the poll questions below to help me evaluate the site and to bring you more of the content you want to read. Thanks everybody!!

    Good Morning from Omaha,
Drew, you have to do what you have to do to make a living.
Its time for you, with the time you have, to explore those things you have always wanted to do. It sounds like a really exciting adventure.
The web comic, the murals, the national comics. I once heard some one say “If it doesn’t make dollars it doesn’t make sense.”
You have been entertaining me and others everyday for almost a year.
If taking some time to make money with your talents is what you need to do, DO IT.
We will be here when you get back to day to day and won’t miss the M-W-F schedule either.
Dive in and make it happen.
As I always say, Strive for excellence, nothing but your best.
    Gene

    Gene,

you are one very remarkable guy. Thanks for the comments, for the encouragement and for the friendship. I do hope our paths cross one day so that we can meet in person. Thanks for pushing me onward.

    I second gene’s comments.

    Drew,

Look back on what you have accomplished in the last year. You planted so many seeds with your work. Go and make them grow. We will be here enjoying the ‘toons and hopefully purchasing the merchandise and services you offer.

I know it is just the beginning, but in all seriousness, congratulations on a great new rebirth.

    Mike

Drew, selfishly it is hard to start my day without a new cartoon from you, but I will endeavor to carry on, as they say. Made easier by the knowledge that this is only temporary. Can you throw on some oldies but goodies? Maybe run some of the Elway’s from the beginning……..

Search engine optimization has become a necessity to web based businesses and we have the tools and capacity to keep our clients well informed and up to date of the changes necessary to maximize their ROI (return on investment). Websites’ traffic can be dramatically improved through the usage of a variety of SEO (search engine optimization) techniques. With the aid of a SEO consultant the site’s basic structure, keyword density, meta-tags and basic keyword analysis will be fine tuned to provide higher search engine rankings. Our company can develop organic search engine optimization tactics and an extensive link building campaign that is tailored to the client’s specific needs. By editing the code of the website its relevance to specific keywords will rise and barriers to the indexing activities of search engines will crumble. The goal is to optimize the client’s website so it naturally incurs more relevance with the target audience. Better results can be shown than pay-per-click advertising alone would provide with the aid of our services. Improving navigation of the site will also help the client get an edge on their competitors.

Today’s View From the Bull Pen

The World is in Chaos, The Economy is in the Dumpster...And Peyton Manning throws a Pass. Nice to know we have it all in perspective.

There isn't a way to leave comments in the Bull Pen (that I've found yet) so please feel free to leave your comments under the latest cartoon that I post.
