Personally, I would have been all for the Broncos making a bid for T.O. I’m not sure that Brandon Marshall will ever grow up. Might as well trade immaturity for immaturity. I hope you’re enjoying the Web site. Please feel free to send the url around to as many friends as you want. The more the merrier. In the coming weeks I’ll be adding elements to the blog, more cartoons both new and old, the finished Mount Rockmore cartoon, new merchandise to the drew store and some fun new things as well, such as a weekly cartoon caption contest. So please stay tooned. Right now I’m planning on updating daily and I’ll probably be on the comments section fairly often so I’ll see you then.

Here’s the WLD (win, lose & Drew) Question of the day.

Would you have made an effort to sign Terrell Owens?

    good morning from Omaha.
I think the Bills did the right thing by signing T.O. to a one year contract.
TO is like a child and during his first year is on his best behavior, its after that the ego takes over and all
the problems start. Ad to that his age,35, and TO is pretty much at the end of his professional football career.
I am sorry about your co workers untimely death. I don’t know if his family was in the Denver area.
Sometimes the best thing you can do is be there for them.

There are guys ready to tailgate out at “Rich” Stadium, as half my friends still call it. Ralph Wilson must be getting the Leon Hess syndrome”, Hess’ infamous quote, “I want to win now” when he hired Rich Kotite to coach the Jets to a one win season way back when.
IMO this was dumb because it doesn’t address the real areas that need attention(ie. defense, offensive line, tight end) and only serves to reduce cap space and bring a major distraction to the team.
The Bills will need a State Trooper cruiser and an ESPN satellite van permanently stationed out at the Ralph(I thought they named it that after one of my performances at a concert in the 70′s, mucho ralphin’) for Lynch and TO respectively. Hey, didn’t the Bills get rid of McGahee so they could rely on Lynch, what an upgrade!?
I’m taking over/unders on how long before TO throws Edwards under the bus.

Gee Drew, don’t you think the Bronco’s already have enough children with the team in the coach and quarterback?

  4. Drew says:

    stanbob,
There’s no such thing as too much fodder for the cartoonist.

Today’s View From the Bull Pen

The World is in Chaos, The Economy is in the Dumpster...And Peyton Manning throws a Pass. Nice to know we have it all in perspective.

There isn't a way to leave comments in the Bull Pen (that I've found yet) so please feel free to leave your comments under the latest cartoon that I post.
