That’s pretty much the mindset these days in New Orleans. They’ve already renamed Mardi Gras, Lombardi Gras. It brings back memories of Denver in 1977. No one believed the Broncos could do it then, much like the Saints now. Oh, that first championship does amazing things in the community.

I’ll start cranking out Olympic toons soon, but I might wait til after a Danica at Daytona cartoon. Not sure yet. You pick. Which one do want me to draw for Friday?

Good Morning from Omaha,
Its great that the Saints are super bowl champs. We might even remember that they won the big game in a couple of years.
It just seems like the other day that New England was tearing them up in the NFL, but its been several years.
Let New Orleans and the Saints have their moment in the sun before we move on to the next town with big dreams.Can you say Kansas City,now referred to by sports talk guys in KC as “Loserville.”
Those nascar guys are now saying Danica Patrick can drive very well, unfortunately after watching her Go Daddy commercials during the super bowl, either she can’t act or she is getting bad advice about endorsements.
Better move along, nothing to see here.
