Good Morning from Omaha,
you can’t build something if you keep tearing it down and starting over. That is what the Raiders have been doing for the last several years.
Hey its Al’s money and he can spend it as he wanted. Just when there was a glimmer of something special out there in Oakland- he would fire the coach, draft an idiot quarterback or sue the NFL. No one knows what reggie mackenzie is going to do next and dennis allen had better be renting a residence out there in Oakland.
the raiders could be something special IF they stop changing there mind about a direction for the team. that is an intentionally big IF- because who knows what they are going to do next.
in the meantime, with no draft picks in the first, second, fourth or seventh rounds this year look for the raiders to be a non factor in the afc west in ’12.
Strive for excellence nothing but your best.

Dear Drew,
I thought when Al Davis died (may he rest in peace) that te Raider merry-go-round would be over. Guess I was wrong on that score. I just hope their new coach (our old defensive coach) doesn’t have an experience that mirroed Mike Shannahan’s.
All the best

Today’s View From the Bull Pen
Putin and His Preciousssss
Some days you just have to go with silly. Really silly. Of course, the whole story of Vladimir Putin stealing Robert Kraft's Super Bowl Ring is pretty silly. And, I might add, a bit bizarre. This along with the recent news about Putin's divorce and supposed affair with a 20 something is clear evidence that somebody named Vladimir is having a mid-life crisis.
As always, your readership and your comments help to make the world go round, so please continue to add them. I will try to do a better job of responding.
There isn't a way to leave comments in the Bull Pen so please feel free to leave your comments under the latest cartoon that I post.
