From the February issue of Mile High Sports Magazine

I know. It hasn’t been that long. But are you ready for some football? I know I am.

  1. Mike says:

Hi, my name is Mike, and I am a pigskin-holic. My shame is I am going to spend the next few months wishing my life away for the start of NFL pre-season, only to regret my decision after the first series of plays.

  2. Louis says:

    Dear Drew,

I’m still in a bit of “shut-down” mode. Normally after a Super Bowl, especially a good one like we had this year,I need some time to shut down. Its like a computer program with me. Shut down after Super Bowl, start to reboot at the NFL combine, then by the time the NFL draft arrives I’m ready for the next round. Besides there is always the Nuggets, Aves, C.U. Buffs to keep me occupied.

    All the best

    Louis

  3. Badger says:

Hear, hear, Louis. I can’t wait for September, but there is so much more going on in the meantime. You can while about no football or enjoy the other sports out there.

  4. Meaghan says:

    @ Mike:

    Good morning Mike…

I feel your pain, dude. What am I going to do with my weekends now that football season is over?

Does this mean I have to interact with my family, again? It’s not my fault they don’t love football as much as I do… If they just came to the dark side…

    GMFO-
they still have the combine drills on nfl network! and the draft in april but in the meantime the weather will turn nice, the sun will shine and the birds will sing. The combine is like watching paint dry. the draft is a kick in that you get to watch your favorite team pick the next big whatever.
Me, going outside after this is a reward. So I may not leave much of a butt print in the seat of the recliner when I get home.
The stories I could tell- and probably will- on myself. The nursing staff and therapist here are all terrific. Just a touch mean, but they are dong there job and that is too get me well enough to go home.
Strive for excellence, nothing but your best!
    Gene

Your cartoon Drew, perfectly describes my family. We are proud, card-carrying Tebowholics. We love what he does both on and off the field. Granted, not all of his on-the-field play wasn’t pretty and he wasn’t always accurate. However, we haven’t seen anyone as passionate and dedicated to his craft, as Tim Tebow is, in a long time. We are excited to see how his off-season training and development goes, because it (hopefully) can only mean things will get better. Bring on training camp!

Today’s View From the Bull Pen

The World is in Chaos, The Economy is in the Dumpster...And Peyton Manning throws a Pass. Nice to know we have it all in perspective.

There isn't a way to leave comments in the Bull Pen (that I've found yet) so please feel free to leave your comments under the latest cartoon that I post.
