I was one of those parents and then I realized that I didn&#039;t know the people sitting around me that may have kids out there playing there hearts out, in addition to mine.
you have to be positive with the h.s. kids. Most are playing for the love of the game and will not get much of a chance beyond there time in school to experience the effort it takes to be good at something.
You gotta love em. Life is hard enough without the extra pressure put on them to play a game they love at a level that they can not possible maintain. 
Let the kids play and enjoy.
Strive for excellence, nothing but your best.
