1. Good Morning from Omaha,

   Nebraska football fans are really fired up about their team this year. Its college football time in America. I have a friend over in Iowa whose son is coming to Omaha to fly to dallas for the Michigan/Alabama game. Only college football can bring out that kind of craziness.

   Both the buffs and rams have a long tough row to how this year. For that matter Nebraska better tighten up that chin strap as their schedule looks tough. I see a couple of walkovers but in general with what I remember from last year IF they win seven games they will be doing something. The schedule is what it is.

2. Dear Drew,

   This year I expect things to be better for C.U. however in my case that is because I can’t see them getting any worse. Now granted they finished last season vastly improved but I’ve seen all too often a team (both college and professional) who started horribly, finished strong, had a feeling they could break out the next season only to go back into the garbage again. I remain hopeful but I still won’t invest emotionally in the Buffs to a high level yet.

3. You guys are lucky im a KENTUCKY fan. Still im looking forward to football season and I believe my team can get atleast 6-7 wins I hope.

   I still remember one of your first cartoons that I ever saw. It was comparing the heart of the Buffaloes and the heart of the Broncos I hope these Buffs have “heart” because they are going to need it. Go Buffs.
