Tom Brady is smiling today. So is Robert Kraft. And, if you can believe it, so is Bill Belichick. Big old huge cheshire grins like the cat in Alice in Wonderland. They fought the NFL and kicked some serious gluteus maximus, you dig. And Roger Goodell. Well, not so much. No he is pouting like only he can pout. And the NFL fans, well, let’s just say that they didn’t get a fair deal. But consider this. The NFL spent millions upon millions defending this case. If they had taken that money and put it into, I dunno, say programs to help eliminate domestic violence among its players, now that’s a victory for fans and for the league. So Goodell is reaping what he has sown. Money wasted on a deflated football. And egg on his face. And a very sore gluteus maximus.
