I don’t know about you but the whole Brett Favre thing has really gotten old. The retirements, the comebacks, the switch from team to team, the miss all of training camp because “I’m a prima donna”. So this is the idead I came up with combining two topical events into one.
And to see the page I’m on at the Chicago Tribune scroll below. It’s pretty cool. I’ll let you know when they have a spot on their site for the archives.

At 40 he can still play, and better than some of the younger,higher paid guns in the league. Like Cassel and Cutler.
the only salvation about his comeback this year is that Madden isn’t around to lead the chorus of farve praisers. I miss his commentating to the fans and his self and hope he is enjoying his time with his grandkids.
after all those years driving around the US in his bus and offering insight into the nuances of football, he has earned the time with the family.

Good morning Drew –
Personally, while I’m sick of the revolving door of will-I or won’t-I retire from Farve, I am enjoying this seasons’s games with him. Hubby is a Vikings fan and is loving nothing more then seeing his team play well, win solid games, and finally beat up on the Packers.
Anything that gets Hubby to watch the football games with me is a good thing.

Hi Drew, I really have not been on the website too much lately because of the subject matters of the cartoons. I realize that you are doing something differient and new but intrest has not been very high as of late. Sorry Drew but I hate Brett Farve and the Cubs and Jay Cutler.
