1. Good Morning from Omaha,

   February is a rough month. I was lucky enough to ride outside last weekend but now its cooled off again so its back down in the basement for me. Yes I still get to walk out side, or at the mall in case it snows, but I really need that vitamin D that comes from sunshine.

   Spring is coming! and with it baseball news, the combine in Indy and then the NFL draft. The days are getting longer again and I am craving my daily dose of fresh air and sunshine.
