   I guess we will find out if the NCAA has any teeth IF they after Ohio State and its alleged infractions. They say where theres smoke theres fire, but there just might be a heavy morning fog that with a gentle breeze blowing it off the valley might reveal much ado about nothing.

   I”m not saying they are innocent but I’ve decided to avoid the stampede and wait it out. It took the NCAA over 5 years to deal with Reggie Bush and USC and so it seems the wheel of justice grind slowly. IF something happened out there in columbus, with time, it will be revealed. It was the lying that brought down Tressel, not the tattoo’s and car “rental”.

   Have a great, safe and Happy 4th of July and keep your eyes peeled for the start

   of NCAA football. Practice starts in a little over a month.

3. I suppose the reference would be a bit too obscure for those not born prior to the 1980s, but it would have been funny to see the player’s face painted up in tattoos like Mick Jagger (on the front) and Keith Richards (on the back) of the classic 1981 Rolling Stones album “Tattoo You.”
