   this one wrote itself. curling is like shuffleboard on ice… but most people use little plastic disc.s and not 38 pounds of irish granite.

   Some have compared curling to bowling, both good for getting together with the boys and drinking beer.

   I am not sure if curling is the strangest sport in the Olympics. My husband and I were watching the other night and they have a sport (sorry I do not know what it is called) but it is crossing country skiing and range shooting. These women’s race across the snow and then they come to a shooting range, then drop down, pull a rifle off their backs, they have to hit the target 3 times, then they get up and race across the snow again. I never knew that this sport was out there. I just wonder who came up with it. Have a good day!!!
