   Urlacher has earned his keep in Chicago. It seems he has been injured just about every season. Some of his injuries come from that age thing and others probably from trying too hard to be everywhere on the field making plays.

   The bears are a team in transition. Maybe its time for Brian to move on and let the bears start over. There are plenty of teams in the league that could sure use his experience and leadership.
