The Bard of Baseball

I looked for the longest time for a way to put rotating quotes by Yogi Berra in the sidebar of this website. I always thought it was a funny idea. To be able to read the wit and wisdom of one of Baseball’s most colorful characters on a daily basis would be good for the soul. It dawned on me while drawing this today that Baseball has so few colorful characters left. Instead we are left with humorless self-absorbed players who just want to make another million or two. It makes the passing of players like Yogi that much sadder. RIP Mr. Berra.
