   at least you didn’t forget the first rule of gift giving for mother’s day. you can give her anything you would like as long as it doesn’t have a handle. No vacuums, no hoes, no pans, no shovels….anything with a handle is a big no no.

   Tim hasn’t played a down and from what I have heard his jersey is the hottest item in the NFL.

   No one can live up to all that hype. Give him a chance to learn the game in the NFL before you crown him king and then try to tear him down.

   I had a friend in the newspaper business years ago who bought his wife a lawnmower for a wedding present. Not sure how long the marriage lasted.

   we have no plans to be in Denver until maybe labor day…Memorial day weekend is spoken for…4th of july is spoken for… we are like most people in their lives, are spinning out of control. the kids leave the house and all of sudden all that time taking them to the ball park, dance recitals, band concerts, etc etc etc filled up fast.

   our daughter in law gets to spend 6 weeks in september in a little town in Iowa. It is not CO by a long shot.

   its going to be an experience for her and p/t school.

5. I gave my mom caramel popcorn. Should have given her the Tebow jersey. No wonder she said she’s willing her pearl necklace to my niece! Great cartoon!!
